Transient voltage suppressor in a DFN1610-2 (SOD1610-1) ultra small and leadless SurfaceMounted Device (SMD) package designed to protect one line against high surge currents and other transients.
2. Features and benefits
- Unidirectional protection of one line
- Reverse standoff voltage: VRWM = 4.8 V
- Average Surge current for 8/20 µs pulse: IPPM = 150 A (rated) / IPP = 185 A (average measured)
- Ultra low clamping voltage VCL = 8.5 V typ. at 150 A
