Transient voltage supressor in a DFN1006-2 (SOD882P) ultra small and leadless SurfaceMounted Device (SMD) package designed to protect one line against high surge currents and other transients.
2. Features and benefits
- Unidirectional protection of one line
- Reverse standoff voltage: VRWM = 5 V
- Surge current for 8/20 μs pulse: IPPM = 65 A (rated) / IPP = 73 A (average measured)
- Ultra low clamping voltage VCL = 7.5 V typ. at 65 A
