NM18002 Description
The NM18002 series is embedded with an 8-bit high performance 1T 8051-based microcontroller and a monolithic H-bridge gate driver for driving high-side P-channel and low-side N-channel power MOSFETs. It is designed for single phase BDC or BLDC motor driver applications which operate up to 28V. The peripherals are equipped with 18 sources with 4-level-priority interrupts capability.
