Description
The NUC131 series is a 32-bit ARM® Cortex® -M0 based microcontroller running up to 50 MHz with built-in Controller Area Network (CAN) 2.0 B interface, designed for automotive, industrial control applications, which needs reliable and robust CAN communication. The NUC131 series features 36/68 KB Flash, 8 KB SRAM, and 4 KB ISP ROM, operating voltage from 2.5 V to 5.5 V and temperature range from -40 °C to 105 °C.
