PF7703A Product details

Description

The PF7700A and PF7703A are the 2nd generation products of PF7700 and PF7703.

Compared with PF7700 and PF7703, the voltage rating of integrated current sources is improved to 70V and the GM circuit is also modified to minimize the required value of external compensation capacitor.

Current Drive of LED String Up to 240mA (1).
Integrated 70V MOSFET.
Expandable for Driving Different Size of Panels.
PWM Dimming.
Programmable Sinking Current.
SLP (Short LED Lamp Protection).
OLP (Open LED Lamp Protection).
OTP (Over Temperature Protection).
Support Local Dimming Control.
Enable Input (PF7700A Only).
FLAG Signal for Status Indicator (PF7703A Only).
