TM52eF1375A/75D Data Sheet PRECAUTIONS 1. Before entering Stop/Halt mode (PDOWN), it must be set ENVPULL (ENVPULL = 1). 2. Before entering Halt/Stop mode (PDOWN), it must be set to slow clock mode (SELFCK = 0). 3. Before IAP Write, the user should disable the LVR first and turn on LVR after IAP writing is pleted. 4. TM52eF1375A automatically disables POR when entering Stop/Halt mode (PDOWN). 5. When the TM52eF1375D enters Stop/Halt mode (PDOWN), the POR status can be selected to enable or disable.
