UP0111 Description
The uP0111 is a pa ct fa st re sponse low dropout regulator specifically designed to continuously deliver up to 600mA output current. Designed with a P-cha nnel MOSFET serie s pa ss tra nsistor, the uP01 11 yields extremely low dropout voltage (e.g. 300mVat 600mA) a nd maintains very low ground current (70uA).
