Features The uP6306 is a high efficiency synchronous-rectified buck converter with internal power switches. Fixed 300kHz PWM operation allows possible smallest output ripple and external ponent size. With high conversion efficiency and small package, the uP6306 is ideally suitable for applications where PCB area is especially concerned.
