Ultra-Low RDS(ON) Power Distribution Switch with Adjustable Soft Start, Current Limit, and Current Monitoring General Description Features The uP7567 is a small size, ultra-low RDS(ON), load switch with enable control, adjustable soft start, current limit and current monitoring. The uP7567 contains one internal 12mΩ RDS(ON) N-channel MOSFET which supports a continuous current up to 7A. The switch on/off is controlled by EN pin. In uP7567, a 100Ω discharge MOSFET is built in for quick output discharge when switch is turned off.
