Features The uP9622 is a high efficiency buck regulator with 4.5V to 27V Input Voltage Range integrated high side NMOS switch. It operates from a 4.5V 70mΩ Internal High Side NMOS, to 27V input voltage range and supplies up to 3A of load Efficiency: The output voltage is adjustable down to 0.8V by a voltage divider.
