Integrated in OVP&OCP products provider SOTXXC 3.3V~36V 2Line Uni-directional TVS Diode Array Description Mechanical Characteristics The SOTXXC is an uni-directional TVS diode array, utilizing leading monolithic silicon technology to provide fast response time and low ESD clamping voltage, making this device an ideal solution for protecting sensitive semiconductor ponents from damage. The SOTXXC plies with the IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) standard with ±30k V air and ±30k V contact discharge. It is assembled into a lead-free SOT-23 package.
