The WPE0501P1 is a bi-directional TVS diode, utilizing leading monolithic silicon technology to provide fast response time, very low capacitance and low ESD clamping voltage, making this device an ideal solution for protect- ing voltage sensitive data and power line. The WP E 0 50 1 P 1 plies with the IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) standard with ±25k V air and ±22k V contact discharge. It is assembled into an ultra-small 1.0x0.6x0.5mm lead-free DFN pack- age. The small size and very low capacitance make WPE0501P1 an ideal choice to protect cell phone, digital cameras, audio players, data interface and many other portable applications.
