A25L16P Description
The A25L16P is a 16 Mb it (2M x 8) S erial F lash Memor y, with adva nced write prot ection mecha nisms, accessed b y a high speed SPI-patible bus. The memor y can be pro grammed 1 to 256 b ytes at a time, using the Page Program instruction. The memory is organized as 32 sectors, each containing 256 pages.
