APW7431 Overview
Description
APW7431 is a high efficiency synchronous buck converter with integrated 60m/37mΩ of upper/lower power MOSFET. The APW7431 design with a COT-mode control scheme, can convert wide input voltage of 4.5V to 16V to the output voltage adjustable from 0.765V to 5V to provide excellent output voltage regulation.
