Single Phase Full Wave Fan Driver
Built-in Variable Speed Curve Function.It can com-
pensate motors whose Speed curve is not linear.

Built-in LOCK Protection and Auto-restart Func-
tion
General Description
The APX9202A is a single-phase full-wave motor driver
for DC fan motors. Its suitable for variable speed curve
applications, and then It is suitable for cooler DC fan that
needs silent drivers. When PWM is at low level in a short
time, the supply current is less than 30uA. In normal
operation, the supply current is less than 8mA. The
APX9202A is available in TSSOP-16P package.

Note 2: Mounted on a board (60x38x1.6t mm, Glass epoxy). The Thermal Pad on the bottom of TSSOP-16P package should soldered
