The ACT670_ and ACT671_ MobileLDOTM series products are high performance low dropout voltage regulators designed for portable applications with very low quiescent current (23uA) and dropout voltage (110mV at 150mA). The ACT6710/6711/6712 LDOs have typical current limit of 700mA. The ACT6700/6701/6702 LDOs have typical current limit of 450mA.
