Description

The LSD9016 is a constant current LED driver for lighting application.

It has sixteen regulated current ports to provide uniform and constant current sink for driving LEDs within a large range of Vf variations.

Features

  • 16 channels constant current output.
  • Constant output current is to set up external resister. I out = 5mA ~ 90mA Constant current output voltage : Vo = 17V(Max).
  • Excellent output current accuracy : between outputs : +/- 1%(typ) between devices : +/- 3%(typ).
  • Control data method : serial-in, parallel out.
  • Data transfer frequency : fmax = 25Mhz.
  • Operating voltage range : Vdd = 4.5~5.5V.
  • Operating temperature range : Top = -40 ~85℃.
  • 20ns delay of output to.
