APS13290 Description
TheAPS13290 andAPS13291 are three-wire, planar Hall-effect sensor integrated circuits (ICs) especially suited for operation over extended temperature ranges (up to 125°C). This family of precision Hall-effect latch ICs are ideal for industrial and consumer applications.
