ADCMP361 Overview
The ADCMP361 is a single low power, low voltage parator with a 400mV reference in the 5-lead SOT-23 package. Operating within a supply range of 1.7V to 5.5V, the device only draw 6.5µA typical, making it ideal for low voltage system monitoring and portable applications. Hysteresis is included in the parators to insure stable output operation.
