Description

The HMC431LP4 & HMC431LP4E are GaAs InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) MMIC VCOs with integrated resonators, negative resistance devices, varactor diodes, and buffer amplifiers. The VCO’s phase noise performance is excellent over temperatu.
