The MAX17640 family of products are high-efficiency, high-voltage, Himalaya synchronous DC-DC converters with integrated MOSFETs operating over a wide input-voltage range of 4.5V to 60V. The converters can deliver up to 400mA and generate output voltages from 0.9V to 0.89 x VIN; MAX17640A fixed at 3.3V, MAX17640B fixed at 5.0V, and MAX17640C is adjustable. The family of converters is available in a compact, 8-pin, TDFN (2mm x 2mm) package.
