AMS5915 Overview
Description
AMS 5915 pressure sensors are a series of highprecision OEM sensors with a digital I²C-interface. They combine a micromachined, high quality piezoresistive measuring cell with a modern, digital signal conditioning mixed-signal CMOSASIC on a ceramic substrate.
