AMS5915 Description
AMS 5915 pressure sensors are a series of highprecision OEM sensors with a digital I²C-interface. They bine a micromachined, high quality piezoresistive measuring cell with a modern, digital signal conditioning mixed-signal CMOSASIC on a ceramic substrate. AMS 5915 is calibrated and pensated across a wide temperature range of -25 to +85°C.
