AMS 6915 is a series of high-precision OEM pressure sensors with a digital I²C-interface in a compact DIL package for assembly on printed circuit boards (PCBs).

Features

  • Calibrated and temperature compensated pressure sensor with digital output (I²C).
  • Differential, relative (gage), bidirectional differential, absolute and barometric versions.
  • Digital output for pressure and temperature via I²C interface.
  • High accuracy at RT.
  • Small overall error within a temperature range of 0 . . 60 °C.
  • Supply voltage: 3.3 V and 5 V models available.
  • High long term stability.
  • Programmable 7 bit I²C-address.
