KTLP160G Overview
Description
The KTLP160G series consist of a GaAs - Schematic infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a 1 non-zero-crossing silicon bilateral AC switch (TRIAC). These devices isolate low voltage logic from 115 VAC lines to provide random phase control 2 of high current TRIACs or thyristors.
