One Cell Lithium-ion/Polymer Battery Protection IC  DESCRIPTION  FEATURE The UP6006A series product is a high  Protection of Battery Cell Reverse Connection integration solution for lithium-ion/polymer battery  Integrate MOSFET protection. UP6006A contains advanced power  Over-temperature Protection MOSFET, high-accuracy voltage detection circuits  Two-step Overcurrent Detection: and delay circuits. UP6006A is put into a small Over-discharge Current package and only one external component makes it Load Short Circuiting  an ideal solution in limited space of battery pack. UP6006A has all the protection functions required in the battery application including overcharging, over-discharging, overcurrent and load short k circuiting protection etc.
