General Description:
The CN3062 is a plete constant-current /constant voltage linear charger for single cell lithium rechargeable battery. The device contains an on-chip power MOSFET and eliminates the need for the external current sense resistor and blocking diode. Furthermore, the CN3062 is specifically designed to work within USB power specifications. Its low external ponent count makes CN3062 ideally suited for portable applications.
