24-36 GHz Active Frequency Doubler Features - High output power - Excellent Fo isolation - Broadband performance - Small die size Description The CMD214 die is a broadband MMIC Ga As x2 active frequency multiplier. When driven by a +13d Bm signal, the multiplier provides +17 d Bm output power from 24 to 36 GHz. The Fo and 3Fo isolations are >32 d Bc and >25 d Bc respectively at 26 GHz. The CMD214 is a 50 ohm matched design eliminating the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching.
