Description
The 200m A surface-mount Schottky barrier diode in the SOT323 package offers low forward voltage drop and fast-switching capability. It is designed with PN junction guard ring for transient and ESD protection. The device is a totally lead-free finish, Ro HS pliant, ”Green” device.
