  • Adjustable soft start time and maximum duty cycle.
  • Built-in timer latch for short circuit protection: Delay time = 216 / (switching frequency).
  • Built-in protection functions: Overcurrent limit for MOSFET, overheat protection, undervoltage lockout.
  • Wide ran.
