DS04 21316 1E DATA SHEET MB1513 SERIAL INPUT PLL FREQUENCY SYNTHESIZER SERIAL INPUT PLL FREQUENCY SYNTHESIZER WITH POWER SAVING FUNCTIONS (1.1GHz) The Fujitsu MB1513 is a serial input phase-locked loop (PLL) frequency synthesizer with a pulse-swallow function. A stand-by mode is provided to limit power consumption during intermittent operation. The MB1513 operates from a single +5 V supply.
