HWS454 Description
The HWS454 is a GaAs PHEMT MMIC DP4T switch operating at 0.5-6 GHz in a low cost miniature QFN16L (4 x 4 mm) plastic lead (Pb) free package. The HWS454 bines one DPDT switch and two SPDT switches in a single IC.
