: The IDT54174AHCT521 is an 8-bit identity comparator built using advanced CEMOS", a dual metal CMOS technology.

The device compares two words of up to eight bits each and provides a LOW output when the two words match bit for bit.

The expansion inputI A =8 also serves as an active LOW enable input.

Equivalent to ALS speeds and output drive over full temperature and voltage supply extremes.

IOl = 14mA over full military temperature range.
