The STAC9202 implements direct interface to two digital microphones supporting advanced beam forming applications resulting in increased quality of applications requiring voice input. STAC9202 DESCRIPTION The STAC9202 is a high fidelity, 2-channel, audio CODEC compliant with the High Definition Audio (HD Audio) specification defined by Intel. The STAC9202 provides high quality, HD Audio capability to notebook and cost sensitive desktop PC applications. The STAC9202 incorporates IDT's proprietary Σ∆ technology to achieve a DAC SNR of 100 dB.
