The relays use optically coupled MOSFET technology to provide 3750Vrms of input to output isolation. The efficient MOSFET switches and photovoltaic die use IXYS Integrated Circuits Division’s patented Opto MOS architecture while the inputs' highly efficient Ga AIAs infrared LEDs control the outputs. The IAA110P allows tele circuit designers to bine three discrete functions in a single ponent that occupies less space than traditional discrete ponent solutions.
