General Description

The IXD5121/22/23/24 are highly precise, low power consumption, CMOS voltage detectors with watchdog function, manufactured using laser trimming technology.

The series consists of a reference voltage source, delay circuit, comparator, and output driver.

With the built-in delay circuit, this series does not require any external components.
