IPN10EL-S Description
The IPN10EL-S is a gate driver IC dedicated to drive one p-channel and one n-channel MOSFET. Typically these two MOSFETs are used as one leg in a bridge topology forming the converter for DC motor drives in automotive applications. Due to the p-channel highside switch the need for a charge pump is eliminated thus minimizing electro magnetic interference (EMI).
