The X60008A-50 is an extremely stable low power, high accuracy voltage reference fabricated in Intersil’s proprietary Floating Gate Analog technology. The X60008A-50 features guaranteed 1 ppm/°C maximum temperature coefficient, absolute initial accuracy of ±500µV and extremely low, 10ppm thermal hysteresis. Operating power consumption is typically 500n A and load regulation is guaranteed up to 10m A (source and sink). Short circuit current is guaranteed at 80m A continuous.
