The Battrax® series offers programmable SIDACtor® overvoltage protection devices for SLIC applications.

This series is offered in a negative Battrax version and a positive Battrax version.

The B1xx0C_ is for a -VREF supply BOEUIF#$@JTGPSB 7REF supply.
