This IC is a reset+regulator bined IC developed using a CMOS process. Output voltage of the regulator and detection voltage of the reset are fixed, while regulator output voltage and reset detection voltage are programmable ranging from 1.2V to 5.0V, and 1.2V to 5.0V respectively upon request.
