The MP1495 is a high-frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down, switch-mode converter O with built-in power MOSFETs.It offers a very F compact solution to achieve a 3A continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide input supply range.The MP1495 has synchronous mode operation for D higher efficiency over the output current load range.E Current-mode operation provides fast transient D response and eases loop stabilization.N S 7 Full protection

include over-current protection and thermal shut down. E N 7 The MP1495 requires a minimal number of M IG 4 readily-available standard external components, and is available in a space-saving 8-pin OM DES MP1 TSOT23 package.
