MP1497 Description
The MP1497 is a high-frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down switch mode converter with O built in internal power MOSFETs. It offers a F very pact solution to achieve 3A continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide input supply range. The MP1497 has synchronous mode operation for D higher efficiency over the output current load range.
