General Description

The MP1909 is a high-frequency, 30V, halfbridge, N-channel power MOSFET driver.

Its low-side and high-side driver channels are controlled by a signal input.

Internal adaptive dead time control circuitry reduces the switching power loss and prevents shoot-through.
