Description

The MPM3593 is a high-frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down module with an I2C control interface and a multi-page onetime programmable (OTP) memory.

Features

include under-voltage lockout (UVLO), over-voltage protection (OVP), over-current protection (OCP), and overtemperature protection. The MPM3593 is available in a QFN-41 (6mmx8mm) package.
