MPM3509 Overview
Description
The MPM3509 is a synchronous, rectified, stepdown converter with built-in power MOSFETs, inductors, and capacitors. The MPM3509 offers a very compact solution and requires only four external components to achieve 0.9A of continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide input supply range.
