Description
The MPQ4320C is a configurable-frequency (350kHz to 2.5MHz) synchronous, step-down switching converter with integrated internal highside and low-side power MOSFETs (HS-FET and LS-FET, respectively). The device provides up to 0.5A of highly efficient output current (IOUT) with peak current mode control.
