The device • DC to 3.2Gbps operation connects to typical transimpedance amplifiers (TIAs). • Low-noise CML data outputs The linear signal output from TIAs can contain • High-gain LOS significant amounts of noise and may vary in amplitude • Chatter-free open-collector TTL signal detect (LOS) over time. The SY88289BL quantizes these signals and output with internal 4.75kΩ pull-up resistor outputs CML level waveforms. • TTL /EN input The SY88289BL operates from a single +3.3V power supply, over temperatures ranging from –40oC to +85oC.
