The M35046-XXXSP/FP is a character pattern display control IC can display on the liquid crystal display and the plasma display.

It uses a silicon gate CMOS process and it housed in a 20-pin shrink DIP package (M35046-XXXSP) or a 20-pin shrink SOP package (M35046XXXFP).
