DESCRIPTION
The M37415M4-XXXFP is a single-chip microputer designed with CMOS silicon gate technology. It is housed in a . 80-pin plastic molded QFP. This single-chip microputer is useful for business equipment and other consumer applications. In addition to its simple instruction set, the ROM, RAM, and liD addresses are placed on the same memory map to enable easy programming. This microputer is also suitable for applications which require controlling LCDs and generating DTMF.
