FU-319SPA-x6M2x is InGaAs avalanche photodiode module with SiGe preamplifier, designed for use in highspeed, long haul optical munication systems. The coaxial package contains InGaAs avalanche photodiode coupled with single-mode fiber pigtail and SiGe preamplifier.
