MITSUMI Regulator IC with the Soft-Start MM192x Series Regulator IC with the Soft-Start Monolithic IC MM192x Series Outline This IC is 1A regulator IC with soft-start.

When Cs pin is connected with a capacitor, the output voltage is started up slowly.

This IC can reduce a rush current by the soft-start.
